Pops River at Deja Vu is located along the Mighty Mississippi river, or as we call it - the east coast of Iowa. We are in a 3 story brick building that was built during the lumber boom of the late 1800's by Simon Shoecraft selling coal, wood and building materials. The first floor now houses Deja Vu Furniture and Accessories, a venture we started in 2009. The second and third floors were converted into apartments in the 80's, some of which we have converted into great spaces for you. This unit is on the 3rd floor with access by enclosed stairway that is not handicapped accessible. We are a no smoking/vaping building. Not child friendly and no pets allowed. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, micro wave, toaster, blender, coffee pot and some pots, pans and dishes. This unit is above Deja Vu Furniture and Accessories, a consignment store owned by us. We are usually available to you by visiting the store Mon - Fri , 10 to 5 or Sat 10 to 3. We also live in the building, making us available most of the time. We are situated in beautiful downtown Clinton. The downtown has retail shops, restaurants, parks, bike/walking trail, seasonal bike rental, showboat theater, outdoor swimming pool, pickle ball and baseball fields just to name a few. And if you like trains the Canadian Pacific main rail runs across the street along the river, ear plugs will be provided if needed. Quiet zone for railway crossing is in the works to be completed in the next couple of years. Clinton is easily navigated with your personnel vehicle, city bus service, taxi, uber, seasonal bike rentals or there are many attractions and activities that are within walking distance.
