Sliding doors open almost the entire living room wall to reveal a spacious, covered lanai with ocean views, comfortable lounge furniture, and an exquisite stone gazebo. Ocean and garden views can also be enjoyed in the gourmet kitchen, thoughtfully designed for the Chef of your group. Fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious island-inspired meals at home, high-end appliances include side-by-side subzero refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, and center island with wolf range cooktop and hood. The beautiful, white granite countertops offer an abundance of work space and also serve as a breakfast bar with three oversized stools. Luxury and comfort continue as you discover the two bedrooms on the second floor, each offering a king size bed, flatscreen television, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms. The expansive master bedroom features its own private ocean view lanai, while the second bedroom enjoys Bali Hai and westward ocean views. Allow the sound of distant swells to lull you to sleep and the soft sunshine to be your alarm clock! The ground floor bedroom features a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. A bright office with a large desk is the ideal place to get a little bit of work done with a picturesque ocean and mountain backdrop. Additional amenities include two sofa sleepers, outdoor fire pit, beach chairs and towels, washer and dryer, and large driveway suitable for two or three cars. Please remove your shoes upon entering and make every effort to keep sand and dirt outside. Please use the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of hiking or enjoying the beach. 2. Please notify the property manager immediately of any problems with the house so we may quickly address it. 3. Our home is in a residential area. Please be a thoughtful neighbor and keep noise, music, etc. to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. 4. Wrap, store or refrigerate all food and drinks to discourage pests. 5. Trash should always be bagged tightly in plastic bags and deposited in the trash cans. 6. Please feel free to do laundry while you are here. Washing towels and linens helps out during your stay. 7. This is a non-smoking home. 8. If your home offers air-conditioning. We kindly ask that your turn off the units when you are not occupying the rooms. Please let your property manager know should any leaks occur from the units. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: Check-out time is 10:00 am , unless a late check out has been prearranged. Please wash and replace all dishes, cookware, food storage containers, and utensils in their proper place. Lock all doors and replace the key in the lock-box. A $25 fee is charged for lost key. Excessive cleaning, trash, sand in homes, and dirty laundry (more than one set of sheets per bed and two towels per person) will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
