1 Bedroom in 4 bedroom house. - Free WIFI , Laundry in the basement -3 mins walk from 108 bus stop ((Beach street@ clapp street) & 5 mins walk to 109 bus stop-toTrain - 1 TV and rooku stick provided - Queen size bed -10 mins drive to Malden Center (Downtown Malden / Orange line train station) - 15 mins to Downtown Boston -20 mins to Logan Airport. - Free parking on the driveway - Bathroom have to share with another guest there are 3 total bathrooms - shared living room, deck and porch The space Room is on 2nd floor with all other 3 bedrooms Guest access Living area, kitchen, dining area , deck ,lawn and front porch During your stay Available by phone. Co host should be available must if the time in person. Other things to note -Cooking utensils, cutlery , vacuum cleaner will be provided. -No ulteration allowed below 90 days. If it is done guest has to pay the host for full 90 days or days reversed whichever is less. - There are no locks in the rooms , can be locked from inside but not outside our city code dosenot allow locks in the bedrooms
