Our condo has all the amenities you need (fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed with air conditioning, washer and dryer). Enjoy our two heated swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and charcoal BBQ. We are just a 5 minute walk from the beach. We are located on the ground floor with a beautiful lanai to enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee while the kiddos are free to run around! We have one bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a very comfortable memory foam Murphy bed in the living room. We recently installed air-conditioning in the living room. The condo association has 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a charcoal BBQ area. I live 1.5hrs away in Honolulu, but will be available to answer messages or a phone call :) Kuilima is a wonderful community with a great mix of full-time residents and short-term vacationers. It's a great place for golfers, surfers, families, or anyone wanting to enjoy the peacefulness being away from the big city. Turtle Bay resort is just a 5 minute walk away. The 250 million dollar renovation project in 2021 has made it a truly beautiful place. The landscaping is immaculate, the restaurants, bars, and shops are open for you to enjoy, as well as many great activities. A rental car is highly recommended as this is an isolated location. There are five restaurants on the Turtle Bay property, but everything else is a 5-20 minute drive away.
