Our airy and light home is the perfect location on the North Shore of Kauai, in the heart of Princeville, home of the most beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, turtles, dolphins, and perfect waves. Our 2 story condo is newly renovated with a focus on design, comfort, and organic living. All materials in the house are non-toxic, from the couch to our mattresses, sheets, and towels. The space You enter the space through the front entrance or the garage and step into a bright and airy beach condo, renovated with the guidance of a creative director and a cinematographer, which means our attention to detail and light as well as color coordination will make you instantly feel at ease and relaxed. The open brand new kitchen with our top-of-the-line GE Café appliances (new stove, french door fridge with water filter and ice, dishwasher, and farmhouse sink) is a dream for every chef, or you enjoy the nice BBQ area by the pool. Our large dining table sits 8 comfortably and the big couch lets you cozy up after a day out adventuring. Upstairs you find the spacious primary bed and bathroom to the left with a king bed, a meditation corner, and a small office space, as well as a free-standing tub and open rain shower, and the primary lanai (balcony) that allows for a little mountain view and some romantic stargazing. To the right, you find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub and two separate sinks, plus another smaller lanai with some cozy outdoor seating. There is an additional small open den right at the top of the stairs with a shelf and a day bed, with a single mattress but no door. Each room has a fan and plenty of window space so that we never end up using the AC and enjoy the ocean breeze and trade winds instead. But if you choose to use the AC we have a very easy-to-use Nest system but ask you kindly to not go below 72 degrees, please (power charges are much higher on the island than on the mainland).
