Sunny Bozeman MSU Cottage

#STR23-00143 Our bright and open Mother-in-Law unit is newly remodeled and in a great location in Bozeman. You can walk or bike to downtown, MSU, neighborhood parks, trails, coffee shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Yellowstone Park, Bridger Bowl and Big Sky and all the activities the area has to offer. The space This is a great place to stay if you are visiting MSU for events or visiting your college student. The two full size beds can accommodate up to 2 couples. We are only 2 blocks from campus. Grab a cup of coffee at one of the 2 local coffee shops on the way. I have plenty of kiddie gear if you are a young family including pack-n-play, booster/ high chair and kiddie plates/bowls/utensils and toys. Just ask and I will be happy to stock it for you before you arrive. For international guests, I have outlet converters in the unit. Guest access The cottage has off street parking and a shared back yard that you are welcome to enjoy. Any of the toys you see are welcome for your use. I have a guest bike with a lock that is a fun ride around town. Other things to note The cottage is very comfortable for a party of two but also has a pull out couch for additional guests. Both of the beds are full size. 2 couples will be comfortable for a few nights but not recommended for longer stays. The hot water heater is a smaller unit and will not keep up with the demand of multiple showers and dishes. Winter guest-please note that the cottage pipes are VERY susceptible to freezing. When temperatures drop below zero be aware that the water needs to be dripping or running or be prepared to pay for the plumber to come and thaw the lines. If you are not available to turn the water on, I will be happy to go into the unit and do it for you. Thank you in advance. If you don't see something that you need in the cottage, please ask! Most likely I will have it-no matter how obscure. I store many items in the main house to keep the cottage from getting cluttered. Registration Details STR23-00143
