The Sand Lot Cottage, DennisPort, Cape Cod

Nestled in one of Cape Cod’s last remaining seaside, cottage colonies, on Nantucket Sound, in the town of DennisPort, you will find the ‘Sand Lot Cottage.’ Generations of families for almost 70 years have chosen this destination to celebrate summer and the special flavor of Olde Cape Cod. A unique location, brimming with community, charm, ocean breezes and a private beach that is within walking distance from the cottage on a private lane. The space The ‘Sand Lot’ Cottage has been a labor of love, completely renovated and remodeled with carefree summer vacations in mind. The 3 bedroom/1 bathroom, 700 sq ft cottage has just been completely renovated with all new updated amenities. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining and conversation. The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with everything you need to prepare as much or as little as you choose while on vacation, boasting a large, inviting table for 6 that will be home to shared meals and/or game night! The large open living space offers comfortable, inviting seating for all, be it to watch a movie , read a book, or just relax and recharge. The bathroom is roomy and includes a large shower for those who haven’t chosen to visit the one outdoors. There are three separate, outdoor living spaces which include a river rock patio area with dining table and chairs and 2 decks, with Adirondack chairs to relax in and enjoy early morning quiet or after a sun kissed day at the beach
The cottage has all the comforts of home with modern amenities to enjoy a relaxing, fun filled Cape Cod vacation. Cottage equipped with WIFI and Smart TV to receive basic cable and streaming internet services. Other things to note ALL Guests will be required to sign and submit an Indemnity Agreement, as required by our association, 5 days prior to their arrival. Chases Ocean Grove Rules: REV: 04/20/2023 No glass of any kind is permitted on the beach. Smoking is NOT permitted on the beach. No engine powered watercraft are permitted within 50 feet of the beach. Access to the beach closes at midnight. Beach bracelets must be always worn while on the beach from the weekend before July 4th through Labor Day. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. No swimming on designated "boating" beach. No launching or beaching of boats on designated "swimming" beaches. All trash is "Carry In/Carry Out. No trash shall be left on the beach! No dogs are allowed on the beach. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No fires of any kind are permitted. No charcoal grills are permitted. The speed limit in the Property is 5 miles per hour. Failure to obey speed limits may result in loss of lease. Sand Lot Rules & Regulations: 
• Maximum number of guests 6 
• Parking for 2 cars only…1 if it includes oversized SUV’s. 
• All potential renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. 
• NO animals allowed - we have a family member with extreme allergies/asthma. 
• Guests over age 10 must sign an indemnity form and agree to the rules of the association that governs the area the cottage is situated within.
• Your stay at the ‘Sand Lot Cottage includes bed linens, bath & beach towels, bed pillows, quilts & blankets suitable for beds available. 
• Cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, broom & mop) will be on site
• Basic paper products provided - toilet paper & kitchen paper towel 
• Beach chairs are provided. 

PLEASE NOTE: Any violation of the terms of the rental agreement will result in a forfeit of security deposit.
