Kitchen equipped with dual range, dw , mw, ice making fridge. 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 upstairs. Full bath on each floor. Outdoor shower, Large deck with outdoor table, seating, gas (provided) grill, stone patio with fire pit. Finished basement with tv, foosball and board games. AC Mini splits and window units The space The house is updated and decorated with a modern coastal vibe. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms in the home, 1 car garage and shed. Other things to note Cleaning fee is 175$. No Linen service - 1 queen bed, 2 full/double beds, 3 twin beds. We provide pillows and quilts/comforters. Dogs are welcome with a 50$ per dog one time fee.
