One mile to Paines Creek Beach on Cape Cod Bay, 15 minutes to the Atlantic Ocean and Nauset Beach in Orleans, 15 minutes to Hyannis. Bike or drive to nearby fresh water lakes, Cape Cod Bike Trail, Punkhorn Parklands conservation area trails, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Brewster General Store, and excellent restaurants and antique and craft shops. In 1845, two brothers divided the property and the two sides have been separate dwellings since. The rental side has its own driveway and a large private yard, and there is no shared common space between the sides. The west side is used by my family.
