The lanai comes with 2 chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes & silverware. Free wireless high-speed INTERNET and basic cable TV. Hotel amenities include the swimming pool and BBQ/sundeck area. ATM, 2 snack machines (paid), 2 ice machine (free) a comfortable lobby area and credit card operated laundromat in the basement. The lobby is open 24/7. Check in: after 3:00 PM An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. If you wish to check in before 3pm a fee of $25 will be charged for each hour. PARKING: There is optional parking in the hotel for an additional $40 per day depending on availability. Payable directly to the hotel. Parking around the Zoo is free. The zoo parking lot is $1.50 an hour & you can park over night as well. The Waikiki Banyan has parking for a fee. International market place has parking for a fee. If you only want to spend time in Waikiki, you can survive without a car. Everything is in walking distance. If you wish to explore further, you may want to consider Shuttle rides, UBER or getting a rental car. CHECKOUT CLEANING: The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide coffee, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. LINENS & TOWELS: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the dresser. AIRBNB CANCELLATION POLICY: - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (grace period) if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
