Two comfy bedrooms and office, in spacious home

Two comfy bedrooms on second floor of our 1920's home in Lexington, one with a full bed and one with a queen, and dedicated full bath. NO KITCHEN, but there is an office / lounge with coffee and mini-fridge. SUBURBAN LOCATION - easiest with car! Please read "GETTING AROUND" to make sure location is a good fit. (Make sure you set gps or ask driver to go to Lexington, not Cambridge!) STR certificate #STML-21-3 The space Both rooms are on the 2nd floor and share the dedicated bathroom. They each have a comfortable bed on the firm side, one double and one queen. There is a third room with a desk, couch, mini-fridge, and coffeemaker. Our suburban location is best with a car, or combo car/subway. PLEASE see details on bus/subway and public transport options and hours, as public transport here is not always ideal. Uber and Lyft are available. We are close to the Minuteman bike path, a short walk to the lovely Arlington reservoir and park, and a 10 min walk to shops and restaurants in Arlington Heights. We are about 2 miles from historic Lexington center. A few blocks to a bus to take you to Alewife T station (which has the Red Line train), to Cambridge, or to Lexington Center, though the schedule is fairly irregular so a car or Uber is much easier than public transport. Guest access We like having guests, but we also understand (and have) the need for privacy. Most of our guests are out and about, as it's not a "vacation home," but we will do everything we can to make sure you are comfortable! We are always available by text. During your stay We like to greet you when you arrive if possible. You can always text for answers to questions, if we are not home to answer. We do need to go through the second floor hallway in order to get from our first floor to our own upstairs rooms, but that is usually infrequent. Other things to note IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ! When making a request or inquiry, we always like to know a bit more about the people that we welcome into our home, especially those new to airbnb or with no reviews, so we have a few questions I hope you'll take the time to answer: 1) Please provide the full names and ages of everyone who would be staying here, as it's a local requirement for us to keep a log. 2) Can you tell us a little about yourselves? Why you're visiting the area, from where, etc? 3) Have you read our entire detailed description? It's very important that you do, so that we all know it's a good fit. 3) Will you have a car? (If not, please read the description of our location carefully). 4) What time frame do you anticipate for your arrival? We do have a friendly dog, Skye. MORE INFO: No smoking anywhere on the premises, including in front of the house. We do have a dog, so if you have a fear of dogs this may not be a good fit. Location is best with a car!
