Your private space has a ton of light, a reading nook, entertainment area, table for working or eating delicious New Orleans cuisine, a king sized bed, wardrobe w/ space to hang clothes and drawers to store them. The place is perfect for guests looking to explore City Park, Mid City, and Jazz Fest. The space We are close to City Park, Jazz Fest, New Orleans Fair Grounds Race Course, New Orleans Museum of Art and many amazing New Orleans restaurants. This private Airbnb shares a wall with our main residence. We do ask that you are respectful with your noise and we will do the same. This Airbnb is for 2 guests only. No other unauthorized guests allowed. There is plenty of safe, street parking if you do bring a car. Other things to note If you require the couch bed, we will make this bed for you. We ask that it stays in one position the entire stay. We have had issues with guests breaking this bed, so we prefer to handle it ourselves. If during your stay you wish to use the bed or put it back to the couch position, please let us know and we will do it for you. On your side, there is a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot and electric kettle. Disposable dish ware is provided. Kitchen on our side is available for your use. Also, there is an AC/heat unit in the Airbnb that you will have full control over. There is no airflow between our side and the Airbnb. This private Airbnb shares a wall with our main residence.
