The space Positively 4th St hosts a plush queen and twin daybed - perfect for a small family. Parking is immediately in front of the unit and you'll access the door through a spacious patio. Upon entering you'll be in the open-concept, well-appointed kitchen with table seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area with a comfortable TV viewing area and desk. There are laundry facilities on this floor as well as a good-sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Head upstairs to the sleeping floor where you'll find the queen bed, along with a twin daybed that is perfectly situated to bask in the sun as you enjoy an afternoon read! Guest access The entire unit is yours to enjoy and the patio is your private outdoor space. Other things to note Please be advised that we can't accommodate 3rd party bookings. We require all personal travel reservations to be booked by the guests themselves. Please add all guests to your reservation at the time of booking.
