On-street parking throughout the year on our quiet one-way street, driveway in the winter. Please note that the ceilings are 7 ft tall and shorter in some areas. Cameras outside. Please note there are cameras outside. There are kids in the home. You will hear us and them to some degree. If you want a completely quiet space, this is not the one. We do our best to keep a quiet home most of the time and between 9pm and 8am on weekends. Every other weekend we are very very quiet because the kids aren't here 😀 City of Newton reg. STR-24-9 Guest access You will have your own private apartment with a private entrance. Entrance is at the end of the driveway that we do use, so you may see us. Other things to note City of Newton reg. STR-24-9 PARKING: There is no overnight parking on street Dec 1 - March 1 so a guest spot can be made available in the driveway. Please park on our quiet one-way street during other months and during the daytime. No smoking of any kind. No animals of any kind due to severe allergies. Queen sized bed. Crib sized mattress for a child. This is a newly renovated apartment. New carpet as of Jul 2021. New HVAC heating and cooling as of 2020. Long term renters: there will be a monthly cleaning and fee, at $125 each time. Rent includes all utilities, snow removal etc. I do ask that heat stays at 65 if you are out for the day/night, to conserve energy.
