The space Enjoy the comfort and simplicity of this spacious 525 square feet condotel in the heart of downtown Honolulu. The large 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and leather chaise lounge chair, a kitchenette, and 1 full bathroom condo with a jacuzzi. The condo is carpeted and tiled bathroom and kitchenette area. Floor-to-ceiling glass view of the beautiful sunset/sunrise of the city and mountain views. A first-class amenity experience with 24-hr building security, lap pool, hot tub, lobby, and community laundry, restricted keyed elevator access, and keyless entry. Paid parking is available within the building premises. Down at the street level, walking distance to various restaurants/shops, grocery stores, 24-hr fitness, Hawaii Pacific University, museum, the Arts District, medical facilities, World Scholars Academy, and Chinatown. Short drivable distance to the beach, Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, Ala Moana, Pearl Harbor National Memorial. The city's public transportation, The Bus, stops in front of the building. This is a smoke-free environment. The condo has a size, 11.3 cu. ft., stainless steel refrigerator, an air purifier unit with an activated carbon filter. The kitchenette has the basic eating and cooking utensils. It is your discretion for your own well-being and comfort to provide your plasticware and paper products. You need to supply on your own everything else you need during your stay (i.e., cream, sugar, coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, etc). We made improvements after the first guest's review input on amenities. Replaced television with a larger screen viewing size and added kitchen island counter space for adequate food preparation and a better experience. Community/coin-operated washers and dryers are available within the building (not in the condo unit). The windows are floor-to-ceiling with sheer and blackout curtains. There are no windows to access the air for outside air circulation. Central air conditioning is available for use. Portable beds/cots are not available for additional guests. Not suitable for kids requiring a crib or playpen as we do not have anything available onsite. Online food service deliveries are not allowed to be directly brought up to the condo unit for security purposes. Meet at a designated unrestricted area where appropriate (i.e., lobby). Guests to receive and send mail/packages is not an option within the building and is not offered with the guest's amenities. There is a UPS store nextdoor or go to nearest United States Postal Service (USPS) which is located minutes away by walking distance from the building for an alternative option. Members of our cleaning team have severe allergies to service animals as we are currently not able to accommodate at this time. Thank you for understanding. Guest access Guests also have access to pool/hot tub, and coin-op laundry. We self-manage our unit so we don't use the front desk but they are there along with security 24 hrs if you need to get help answering questions about the area. Other things to note We accept a minimum of 30-day booking requests. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied. Paid parking is available in the same building. Airbnb does not directly remit the state and local taxes in Hawaii (for General Excise Tax (GET), Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT), Oahu Transient Accommodation Tax (OTAT)) so this is paid separately in addition to the total booking. Therefore, there is an additional charge of 17.75% (GET 4.5%, TAT 10.25%, and OTAT 3%) from the total booking cost.
