Welcome to Grassy Pond Farmhouse, a poolside, two-acre farm house with gorgeous pond views tucked between Harwich and Harwich Port. Grassy Pond features an in-ground, heated pool, stone patio, comfortable outdoor furnishings, a beautiful garden, gas fire-pit, and grill. Enjoy a short stroll to Harwich Center, or a two-minute drive to Harwich Port dining and shopping. Bring your bikes to enjoy the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail. Incredible Nantucket Sound beaches are a quick five-minute drive South. The space The interior spaces are not to be overlooked with upscale furnishings throughout, an en-suite king size first floor master bedroom, updated granite kitchen, first floor laundry, charming traditional Cape Cod screened-in porch, two large flat screen TV’s, and a lower-level television and media room with surround sound. Your family and guests will be more than comfortable in either of the two 2nd floor guest bedrooms each outfitted with 2 double beds. The walk-out private lower level complete with full media room offers additional sleeping with four built-in sleeping berths, full bath and outdoor shower. Abutting Harwich's 30-acre Grass Pond Bird Sanctuary, the farm house has plenty of rolling lawn on which to play family summer games such as touch football, whiffle ball, or corn hole. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house, pool area, and lawn during your visit. The barn is only available trash disposal. In addition, in the months of June, July and August, the home is available for a minimum of one-week with check-in on Saturdays and check out on Saturdays. Other things to note The lower level media room and sleeping area is air conditioned. All other bedrooms have window air conditioning units.
