Description

Great for families. Mill Pond Apartments is a short walk from the center of town and ferry docks. Spacious yard with access to grill. Outdoor seating and picnic area. 1 off-street parking spot per rental. This is a family style rental, no parties permitted. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM. Please note that we have a minimum rental of 5 nights per week during the peak season in July and August. Guest access Beach towels and chairs available for use.
