Gourmet kitchen with a fire place attached to a great room with vaulted ceilings. Great detail has been put into this space. BR 1 has a en suite bath. BR 2 & BR 3 share a bath. The sleeping loft has a fold down couch with a TV. Over 15 Great restaurants within a 3-10 minute walking distance. Keep in mind NO elevator The Loft comes completely equipped in the kitchen. All cooking utensils that you could possibly use. Stay in one night and cook! The Loft has WiFi and Sonos sound system though out the space. The place has 7 Samsung TV's. There is a 80" Curved in LR, BR 2 & BR 3 have 50", Bar has a 60" and BR 1 has a 65" Curved and in the BR 1 Bath 24". Equipped with Nest thermostats and Alexa. Video intercom at the front door with a key pad in the mud room/laundry and the bar for your Privacy. Bar room has a dart board and the bar seats 8 with a fridge and sink. The Loft comes with plenty of Linens and towels and will be stocked for the duration of your stay with paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea and all of your essential condiments. The loft also has a gas grill off of the Sleeping Loft. The Liquor store is across the street and 5 restaurants within 50 yards, Grandma's Meatballs, Asahi Hibachi Sushi, Rocco's, Golden Cheung and Surf Taco. You will have access to the whole space except an owners closet in BR 1. There is parking for 3 cars as well. There is also on street parking for the entire weekend. I am usually in the building over the weekend. If I am not there, I can give you support via text. I will respond immediately in most cases. The neighborhood is a commercial setting, across from the liquor store and not next to any residential homes. It's neighbors are the firehouse and some commercial biz... Surf Taco and a smattering of private businesses. Getting around is easy with bikes, Uber and walking to all close spots. This is an ideal Loft for 3-4 couples. 8 beach badges included. This space is 2 hrs from Penn Station. Don't need a car at all........Besides being high end and Ultra comfortable, it is an amazing place to hang out. Go to beach then come home for cocktails to get ready to go out. Going to stay in and play pool and darts? Then decide if your going to get delivery, cook or walk two blocks to Max Devro’s, Blend or Squan Tavern.
