Air purifiers in each of those bedrooms add to your health and sleeping comfort. The residence has three refrigerators: kitchen, laundry room, garage sitting area. The entire building is monitored 24/7 for any sudden temperature increases, which results in the fire and police departments being dispatched immediately. The residence, in addition, has an indoor sprinkler system, as well as 2 carbon monoxide detectors and 6 smoke detectors, which need to be replaced every 7 years and have all been replaced as of March 2021 . Here at Mare Blu, we dot every “i” and cross every “t.” Please note: All outdoor furniture will be stored in the garage from November until late March, meaning the garage will be closed during these cold months. These dates may be modified depending on any impending storms. The building itself houses a small condo downstairs that has a separate entrance on the opposite side of the building, which is not a rental.
