Located in a private beach association & 50ft from a private beach, this 1940’s cottage is surrounded by mature landscaping creating a serene & secluded beach experience. The living room sliding doors look directly onto a beach path, & the North deck offers the best view for sunrises & sunsets. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & loft space - this cottage is perfect for a relaxing beach trip. The space The cottage is 600sqft, not including the loft. There are two bedrooms and a loft, 5 beds in total, and 1 sleeper sofa. The bathroom is a jack-n-jill design, only accessible from both of the bedrooms. Please reference photos for loft and bedroom layouts. The loft has a low ceiling and is for sleeping only. Please review photos carefully before booking. Bedroom #1) Queen Bed Bedroom #2) 2 Twin Beds Loft Space) 2 Full Beds The 250 square foot deck is a great outdoor living space complete with a dining table set, sofa, ottomans, side chairs & tables, umbrella, grill, outdoor shower, and hot tub. A lot of outdoor items are seasonal, but the hot tub is open year round and we setup an outdoor heater for the winter. There is a free washer/dryer combo unit on the premises. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles on the property. We have an EV charger, but please note, parking spots in the association lot are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. The EV charger is private to our cottage, but you might not always have direct access to the parking spot needed to charge. The neighbors are generally great about moving cars so you can charge. ***Linens are not provided year round. Please see below. If you cannot travel with your own linens we can provide them for a fee. January - Memorial Day = yes linens Memorial - Labor Day = no linens Labor Day - December = yes linens Linens include all bed sheet sets and towels.
