The space The whole beach house and property will be yours to enjoy. It's extremely private and you will be blown away by the unobstructed stunning ocean views from every room. It is not hosted!! Meaning you don't have a host staying onsite. This breezy home has been remodeled with imported tile from Italy throughout, custom gourmet kitchen and a brand new Tempur-pedic King Mattress. There is no need for A/C as the trade winds blow right through the Cliff House. Property is fully fenced, and a secure access code to gate is provided. There are 4 flights of stairs up (72 steps) to a view which is absolutely breathtaking. Kona Paradise Community in South Kona is a lovely spot away from the busy touristy area. The homes in Kona Paradise are terraced and start at the ocean up to the main highway. The roads are steep and accessible via a car. The home lanai is a wonderful area to kick back in the hammock, watch the whales, sunsets, ocean, local birds and wildlife. Pebble Beach is a few streets below the house and is a coveted spot for divers and snorkelers. Ho'okena Beach and Place of Refuge National Park are a quick 15 drive away. Only an hour drive to see Kilauea volcano @Volcano National Park (check out recent photos of the eruption May 2025) Beach gear is available for your convenience in the garage: beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, as well as a small and large cooler. Wifi and Netflix included with a nice, dedicated workspace if needed. Triple filtered water suitable for drinking from rainwater catchment tank provided to refrigerator, kitchen sink and bathroom sink.
