Private basement suite located in the quiet, desirable town of Westborough where you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. The space I’M OPEN TO LONG TERM GUESTS, but for your convenience, I offer seven nights minimum stay. Clean, spacious apartment in the basement with private entrance, well-lit walkway and patio for a great price, compared to other places in the area. Westborough is a beautiful, quiet town with close proximity to medical centers, pharmaceutical and high tech companies in the town, as well as in the cities of Marlborough and Worcester. Close to corporate headquarters in the town and to Framingham city. Close to all major routes: Route 9 and 495, the Mass Pike, Commuter Rail, and minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. 22 minutes to UMass, Worcester and 18 minutes to downtown Framingham. Our home abuts the Crane Swamp Regional Trails, a conservation area at the back street, which is connected to quite streets for long, peaceful walks. Walking distance to the famous Uhlman's Ice Cream place where you can enjoy their many ice cream flavors, soft-serve & fro-yo, plus floats & lunchtime hot dogs. The large space is thoughtfully decorated and includes (All in one floor): Room 1: Bedroom w/ 1 Queen size bed. Room 2: Bedroom w/ sofa-bed. Room 3: Large family room. Room 4: Bathroom w/ full shower. Room 5: Kitchenette/Laundry Room. ***No kitchen. - There are a counter with a sink, a coffee maker, a microwave, a cooking system with 4 features, an air fryer toast oven, a rice cooker, which you can use to cook meals from breakfast to dinner. Two mini fridge in the hallway. - Washer and dryer. Also, iron and iron-board available. - Bright room with a Queen size bed, plenty of storage space, large computer desk and door locker. - Bright room with a comfortable full size pull-out sofa bed with memory foam and storage. - Nice bathroom with full shower. We provide clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, bar of soap and blow-dryer. - Spacious family room with 55” smart TV and couch set. - Separate back entrance from the house with keypad lock so you come and go as you please. - Patio with gas grill with side burner, food prep table, bistro table set and wicker 3-piece set. - Wi-Fi and streaming TV channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. - Space stays very cool the entire summer but there is a portable AC in the primary bedroom and 2 fans if needed. - Check in after 12:pm, check out at 10:00am. - Parking spaces available. *** ONLY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE BOOKED ARE PERMITTED TO STAY. Guests who show up with extra guests without reservation will be turned away immediately and reported to Airbnb. *** No smoking inside the apartment. Okay to smoke cigarettes on the back yard. *** NO PETS. I’m highly allergic to cats and dogs. *** No parties or events. *** No children. There is a staircase with steep incline and no guard rails in the apartment. *** We also expect the guests to leave the space in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Please keep carpets clean. Wipe your shoes off before walking on the carpet. ~Help to save energy shutting the lights off when you are out. Thank you.~ Guest access You will receive a code to a keypad lock to use during your stay so you can come and go as you please, and while staying in our home you are welcome to use our backyard or our deck to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a newspaper, browse the Internet or just to relax.
