Bring your lawn chairs and sunglasses for close proximity to all of the great New Orleans festivals. Enjoy a three block walk to the Jazz Festival entrance and a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown, the French Quarter, and more! Please note: There is only street parking available. The space This house is 100 years old and still charming. It is a traditional double shotgun home, which means you will pass through each room of the house; however, there is a door to close off bedroom spaces for privacy. The home has been fully restored with modern amenities but remains in its original floorplan for a journey back through time. The bedrooms are spacious, and the dining room doubles as a great meeting room space for zoom calls. After a long day, feel free to kick back on the front porch and enjoy the sights and sounds of the historic Fairgrounds Triangle Neighborhood. Guest access You will have full access to the residence and a shared front porch. After booking, you will receive your keypad access code and important details regarding check-in procedures. Other things to note 30 day minimum stays require a signed lease upon checking into the unit. In unit laundry is accessible for guests staying 7 days or more. Please notify host if laundry access is desired. This is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking is NOT permitted inside of the home. Guests who smoke inside of the home will be charged an additional $100 smoke cleaning fee to have the smell removed from the walls, vents, rugs and fabrics inside of the home. Please be aware that there is a SMALL STEP when entering and exiting the first bedroom. Soft lights will illuminate when you cross each threshold at night.
