Enjoy the rural countryside of Iowa in this 100 year old farm house, built in 1919. This five bedroom, 2 bath house is full of vintage charm. The space It has a big beautiful yard to explore and run around in. Surrounded by cornfields, it is peaceful and serene! It is located one mile from town where you can shop, eat out, swim, go to a movie or just walk the cute streets of Vinton. It is the perfect place to just plop and get rid of your worries! Guest access Entrance is through the back door by the garage. Kitchen, dining room, living room, T.V. room, one bathroom and one bedroom are located on the main floor. One of the best things about this house is the front porch with a porch swing and a twin day bed that is usable 3 seasons. Upstairs has 4 bed rooms and a large bathroom. Also a small 3 season sleeping porch with a bunk bed. Closets are open for use. Other things to note We love animals but several of our family members are allergic to dogs and cats. Pets must remain outside. A new furnace was put in 2015!
