The space The River Street Suite is part of an ever-evolving unique riverfront property in the Manville Heights Neighborhood, currently being renovated. Located in the original 1940's cabin, the suite is a cement and steal structure that is built into the cliffside. The inside boasts a large light-filled entryway, kitchen with granite countertops and large island seating, bathroom with tiled shower and large vanity, black leather sofa and wooden coffee table facing a large TV over the original stone fireplace, and French doors lead you to the charming and light filled bedroom with River and Park Views and a comfortable queen bed! Step outside for a walk along the Iowa River, or through the Historic Manville Heights neighborhood. Bring your bicycle along for a ride along the Iowa River Corridor Trail! Recently added is a private patio space with two adirondack chairs and a wooden picnic table! Guest access The Suite is only accessed through the private outdoor entryway, giving you total privacy during your stay. You are welcome to pull onto the gravel patio space if you have an extended vehicle, or it better suites your accessibility needs. Other things to note You are staying in a private suite attached to the bottom of our home. We will always respect your privacy and find times when you are out to water and tend to the plants, grass, or snow.
