The entire space is cleaned regularly! There are 2 other bedrooms whose occupants share this apartment. One is a long-time tenant; the other is a long-term Airbnb guest. You will have complete privacy in your bedroom. It has one bed, a closet and workspace with chair and bookcases. The kitchen, bath and parlor are shared; free wi-fi. During your stay As much or as little as you desire. Other things to note Breakfast cereals and milk are always in hand and fresh fruit is usually set out for all. You may access the basement to use free laundry - energy-efficient new LG washer and brand-new LG electric. A freezer is also available in the basement for items that don't fit in the mini fridge. A new Keurig coffeemaker, microwave oven, juicer, gas range, fridge and full sets of dinnerware and utensils are at your disposal. Please separate your recyclables. We are always looking for ways to be more environmentally conscious and encourage our guests to do the same. We recently “painted” a whiteboard on the wall above the desk surface so you can create a calendar or make reminder notes with dry erase markers. We also made a similar white board on the front of the fridge so guests can message one another. A new thing in the kitchen: a compost pail. Please put your garbage: waste meats, veggies, etc., in it; it’s got a carbon filter in the lid to keep odors down; I’ll empty it into our compost box when it gets full.
