Includes two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a cozy living space with a sleeper sofa. Comfortable and thoughtfully updated, I have personally put so much love into this space to make it feel like a home away from home. This is a two family and the bottom floor is available for larger party bookings . Private entrance, WiFi, and parking included. Upstairs unit — stairs required The space This historic home, located in the heart of downtown Milford was built in 1900. It has been in our family for four generations and I put my heart into this property. My daughter, mother and my grandfather were all raised here. It has all the charm of an older home with modern updates. I just recently renovated the exterior of the home. It is thoughtfully decorated and designed by myself personally and I take pride in creating a comfortable space that feels like home to all my guests. It sleeps up to 6 but it's most comfortable to accommodate 4 or 5 guests. The property is conveniently located in a commercial district so guests can get around local dining and shopping centers without a car. It is right across from several restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and services. There is also a bike trail within walking distance. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire upstairs apartment, including both bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The unit has a private entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please. The outdoor and parking area is shared with the guests in the second unit. Other things to note This property includes two separate apartments (upstairs and downstairs), each with a private entrance. You may see or hear other guests during your stay. Parking is available on the property and may be shared. Please be mindful of other guests when coming and going. Self check-in is available, and details will be provided before arrival.
