One bedroom unit, with a well decorated open space living room area. Queen bed and queen modular sofa and optional air bed. 15 miles from Logan Airport and located just .2 miles once you exit the highway. Convenient highway access to Boston, Foxboro Stadium, and Cape Cod. Short distance to the Blue Hills hiking trails, shopping mall, shopping centers, and restaurants. Few blocks walk to bus stop to access public transportation into Boston. A diverse community and family friendly! The space There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, electric skillet, rice cooker, mini-refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. Living area features a queen size modular sofa, TV, desk/eating space. (Queen Aerobed also available). Bedroom has a queen bed and closet. There is a full bath with (short step-in) shower. The unit is in the basement of our home. The entrance faces the front of the home to the driveway where one parking space is available for guests. Please see (click) our photos and read their captions for additional information. Guest access The unit has a private entrance accessible by key coded lock for easy guest check-in. The hosts reside upstairs. This downstairs unit is not accessed during your stay. Other things to note The host family lives upstairs. This includes a dog and children so you may hear some play and chatter; the children are in bed relatively early. While they are well behaved, they are children and may be heard playing between dinner and bedtime. Sounds are typical of multi-level homes, though we have some sound-reducing measures. Please communicate any work-times or essential needs for quiet times so we can accommodate within reason.
