Situated in a safe neighborhood, an easy walk to City Park, NOMA, the Sculpture Garden, and St Louis Cemetery, with the French Quarter just 10-mins away. The studio is located on the west side of the estate and has its own private entrance.. It was the former music room and some say they can still hear the echo of faint music when they sleep. The studio itself is open, with high ceilings, huge windows and custom drapery. It has a flat screen tv, original artwork, and a queen size bed.
