Rental unit in Baton Rouge

Cozy room with large bay window, own private full bath, flat screen TV with cable. Dresser with mirror. Queen bed, closet in room. Door with lock. Shares kitchen, laundry, and living room. Refrigerator,stove, microwave,washer and dryer. Eat in kitchen, home camera on front door only. Tissue, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Washing powder, bleach supplied in laundry room. The space THE ROOM IS DECORATED IN GOOD TASTE, THE BED IS BRAND NEW WITH LOTS OF PILLOWS. Guest access The whole apartment is open except master bedroom. During your stay I will be available during the day at 8 - 10 am & 5 - 8 pm As I work overnight. Other things to note The waters in the room are complimentary, as well as the fruit, and in kitchen on counter closest to laundry room coffee. However the drinks, chips, candy bars, popcorn etc are $1.50 the money can be left in the safe where the key is stored. On Friday Drinks will be provided from 5-9 pm I need to know how many by 2 pm to be given enough time to accommodate everyone. Friday and Saturday there is a menu provided in room. If you will be joining me for dinner I ask that you please place order by 7 am that morning of.
