Fern Road Beach House, surf haven!

Bungalow four blocks to beach, one block to the bay. Four bedrooms: twins in first, Queen in second, Queen, crib in third, Queen, en suite full bath in fourth. Also full bathroom in the hallway, half bath in the back entry, 2.5 total. Bikes, basic food, coffee, tea, surfboard,toys, games, kitchen and paper supplies. Near beach, bay, free fishing dock and kayak/SUP launch, light houses and birding. Bring your own linens please. No pet or cleaning fee. Two children can be added to guest total. The space The house has four bedrooms but the rear bedroom (which has an attached full bath, which is the second full bath for the house) can be accessed either through the third bedroom or from outside through it's own door. This arrangement is great for families with kids but for couples who want complete privacy the front bedrooms are better unless you will be using your own entrance entirely. There are three queen beds and two twin beds in the house. Guest access You can have access to the entire house and shed. Other things to note Please bring your own sheets, blankets and towels. We do not charge a cleaning fee or pet fee. Paper products will be provided along with all kitchen supplies.
