It is located in a fine neighborhood at 4 Gardner Street near the iconic Three Bricks on Main Street. This house has five bedrooms (one on the first floor), three and a half baths, two parlors, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, renovated in 2013, a deck with outdoor shower, a brick patio and a large privet surrounded yard. The house has central air conditioning and off-street parking for two vehicles. During the summer season we are a Sunday to Sunday rental. Ferry Tickets available. Situated on an oversized lot in-town, it is a short walk to downtown Nantucket with unique shops and fine dining.
