Nalu House - One Bedroom Condo in Central Waikiki

Aloha! Welcome to Nalu House, our stylish one-bedroom home on the island of Oahu. Located in one of the tallest buildings in Waikiki, our lovely space has mountain, city, and Ala Wai Canal views, truly Waikiki living at its finest. Watch the sun rise from the living room and the sun set from our spacious, private lanai. This little ‘piece of paradise' is just steps away from beautiful Waikiki Beach, world-class dining, shopping, and so much more. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Aloha! The space Nalu House is located in the Island Colony, one of the tallest buildings in Waikiki. Our one-bedroom home is furnished in a Hawaiian Contemporary style that reflects the relaxed and beachy vibe that Waikiki is all about… from the black and white photos of our favorite spots on the island hanging on the walls… to the live edge local wood tables in the living room… each corner of our home reflects all that we love about island life. We have tried to include everything you might need to enjoy your stay, including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. Live your best beach life! Our building is well managed with 24-hour security personnel on-site who are friendly and helpful when needed. From the 23rd floor, there are beautiful city, canal, and mountain views for you to enjoy either from our spacious living room or private lanai (balcony). On the 6th-floor pool deck, you will find numerous loungers, as well as a saltwater pool, hot tub, dry sauna, gas barbecues, and 24-hour laundry. Also, there is a convenience store (open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.), located on the 6th floor pool deck as well. Guest access Building: As our home is privately owned and not a part of the Aqua Skyline at Island Colony Hotel, guests do not have access to front desk services. Guests staying at Nalu House are able to access all of the other building amenities (except the gym facilities and mailbox), located on the 6th-floor pool deck area and lobby. Nalu House: Only things unavailable to guests would be Jason’s surfboard on the lanai and our owner’s locker in the closet. Other things to note Parking is not included with this listing. There is a privately run public pay to park, parking lot available in the building, (cost is approx. $35 USD per day). Also, there is public pay parking available on the street. There is free parking along the Ala Wai Canal .. spots can be difficult to find though. If you do manage to find a spot along the canal .. pay very close attention to the parking signs .. there are times when cars must be moved by & enforcement is strict.
