The bathroom has a large newly tiled shower and floor with new vanity and toilet. The kitchen is full-size, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. A cafe table with 2 barstools is located in the kitchen and a larger table with seating for 6 located in the dining room. This suite is cooled with central AC and heated with gas. WIFI and cable TV are included. The large living area has a leather sofa and loveseat with a chair and ottoman for seating. Outside there is a seating area with a table, chairs, an umbrella, a charcoal grill, and a firepit. We have bikes available, a ping-pong table, and some outdoor/beach games upon request and seasonally. There is a large area for parking which is shared with another apartment.
