No need for a car neither do we offer a parking space. Your best bet for parking is to look on spot hero. Also do not forget your house slippers. We do not wear shoes in the unit. You don't need to grab dinner at airport or carry your luggage to any restaurants. Drop your bags at the apartment and stroll right into Tremont St- a street filled with the best restaurants in the city. Or if you forgot something, go to Prudential or Copley- Dine and Shop. This unit is all about location, location, location. Easily walk to Hynes, Prudential Center, the Bain office, Back Bay Station, Seaport conference venues, Boston Common, Boston Public Library and easy uber or nice Long walk to MIT, and Harvard. We’re just half a block from a variety of great restaurants—check out The Beehive, and feel free to ask us for more recommendations! Layout: The entrance opens to a hallway, leading to two bedrooms that does not share walls and a bathroom. The dining, kitchen and living area in the bottom floor. Living area opens to a beautiful fenced garden which has a table and chairs. Adjacent to dining area is a kitchen and a utility room. Utility room has a washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A gardener is appointed to maintain the garden. Grooming of the garden is done between mid April and will end after Thanksgiving. These may change and it is dependent on the weather. We do full apartment rental and private rental at this unit. Please ask us about it. Guest access Please note this before hitting "BOOK". We are the kind of host who would like to know you, additional guests staying who is on booking, the purpose of your trip before you book. Therefore before you book pls use 'Contact Host". Tell us about yourself. 2 bedroom with queen beds (1 one with a soft top and other mattress is a hard one). Living room, dining, kitchen and a lovely garden. We currently have one air cooler in the bedroom.Please note, gardener do not come between November and April. We do not accept guests coming with excessive luggage unless accepted by the host prior to booking. No moving boxes are allowed. Other things to note The unit has one window air cooler only. And that is sufficient to warm up our place. SHORT TERM guests please take note: There are also plenty of coffee shops and most famous Boston Public Library, if you would want to find a place to sit and work. Our goal is to only provide a clean, comfortable unit, a stylish unit. If guests find anything not pleasing, please inform us within 2-3 hours of check in. We want your stay to be comfortable and within reasonable means, we will do the best we can to accommodate your needs. We do not offer parking. There are plenty of garages near us. Please plan ahead if you are coming with a car. LONG TERM tenants please take note below: Guests staying over 30 days, must sign a lease, pay first, last month and security deposit matching to the amount of the rent per month. A bi-weekly cleaning will be charged if you will be staying 30 days or more to maintain the cleanliness of the property.
