The space Beautifully appointed historic property (once King Kamehameha's private lands) 1930s estate near beaches, Botanical Gardens, Akaka Falls, and everything HiloTown offers! Walk to the Wailuku River & the Hilo Bayfront, only a few minutes from our home. Also, we have a recent kitchen renovation, which includes a fully-stocked chef pantry. Although within walking distance of Hilo town, our diverse and unique neighborhood, Wainaku, has a country feel. It has many historic homes, and it's also quiet and very private. As we are on the magnificent Wailuku River, our property has a beautiful breeze at all times, and several stunning bird species make it their home, too. Also, to note: both adjacent neighbors are on 1-acre parcels, which makes our home very peaceful. Enjoy New King and Queen Serta beds, Belgian linens, plush cotton baths, and hand towels. Further toiletries include shampoo and unscented body lotion, cotton swabs, and cotton balls.
