Nestled in the picturesque town of Vineyard Haven Our home offers sweeping views of the harbor, combining 4 levels of sophisticated and stylish living space, including Two Private Roof Top Decks, Home Theater, Lounge and Pool Room; truly an exquisite blend of coastal charm and modern comfort. With convenience in mind, our house is a short walk from the ferry, main strip, and beach so you can really leave the traffic (and your car) behind! If you choose to drive over, there is parking for 3. The space The main floor of Captain Spring House features an open Great Room designed for entertaining, with living and dining areas, plus a large Gourmet Kitchen. The fully equipped Chef's Kitchen features marble countertops, grand prep island/breakfast bar with seating for eight, Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless appliances, two farmhouse sinks, double dishwashers, and a wine refrigerator. There are hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout the home, and the entire house is cooled via central air conditioning. All four of the bedrooms feature full marble baths with tub and shower, and flat screen TVs. The second floor Master Suite also has a glass walk-in shower and whirlpool tub with harbor views. The views get even better on the third floor Penthouse Lounge, with its sectional seating, wet bar, refrigerators, and two large mahogany sun decks, both of which face the harbor. One also has an outdoor shower. The lower-level features both a Home Theater and a Pool Room Lounge. There is a tournament pool table and a fully equipped wet bar. Captain Spring House sits quietly on a side street, just a block from downtown with all its restaurants, shops, and ferries. During the summer months (July and August), the Captain Spring House is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental. During the off season, there is a minimum 3-night stay for bookings. We look forward to your visit!
