The space Welcome to our Chelsea Mansion, a newly renovated and luxurious duplex property offering four levels of comfort and relaxation. You are booking Apartment 2, which features its own private front entrance, dedicated driveway, and access to a fully gated backyard. The apartment includes 6 bedrooms furnished with 1 king bed and 7 queen beds, along with 3 full bathrooms, one on each level for added convenience. Property Layout Ground Level: There is one flight of stairs leading up to the front entrance. Main Floor: This level features the living room, a recreation room with a pool table and gaming area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, one full bathroom, and a washer/dryer set. A door leads directly to the backyard, where you’ll find a deck and BBQ area. Third Floor: Three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Fourth Floor: Three additional bedrooms and one full bathroom. Each floor includes a bathroom, and the home offers both front and back decks for added outdoor enjoyment. The backyard is fully gated for privacy. Backyard & Outdoor Space Our serene and well-maintained backyard includes a patio, deck, gazebo, BBQ grill, and bar stand. The patio seating accommodates up to 16 people, making it perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The private front entrance to Apartment 2 is located on the second floor. Please Note: Our property is a duplex with two completely separate units. Guests staying in Apartment 2 have private access to the second, third, and fourth floors, which are the areas shown in the listing photos. Other guests may be staying in Apartment 1 on the ground floor. Their entrance is through a separate gated side door on the left side of the property. They do not have access to the driveway, front porch, or backyard. Other things to note Check-in is after 4:00 PM / Check-out is before 11:00 AM. We may allow early luggage drop off, but please message me first. The occupancy limit for this property is 16. Additional guests will be automatically vacated for trespassing. We allow one well-behaved dog with a $100 pet fee. Additional dogs must be approved in advance and are subject to a $100 fee per dog. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning charges. Guests must be able to climb stairs. The entrance is up one flight, and all bedrooms are located on the upper floors. We are in a quiet residential area. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the guests staying in the downstairs unit. House Rules • No loud music, smoking, or parties. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. • No staying on the front porch after 9 PM. • Do not flush anything besides toilet paper. Propane for the grill is not supplied; however, guests may refill the gas tank at Home Depot or local gas stations. Please ensure the grill is cleaned after each use. Six beach chairs are provided and are folded up in the backyard. Basic toiletries, linens, and towels are included. We have a security camera facing the front porch. It will be on during your stay.
