Walk to Country Club for US Open

This attractive, comfortable house could be your home base for the U.S. Open. Less than a mile from The Country Club, you can skip the shuttles and just walk. Enjoy our high-speed WiFi, work out on our Peloton, or plug your EV into our Level 2 charger. Space for four cars in the driveway and the garage is available for storage. The space On the first floor, the living room connects to the eat-in kitchen with a large glass sliding door looking out onto the deck with grill and ample back yard. We have a sandbox, kids' clubhouse and swing set if younger guests are joining us! Upstairs, the main bedroom is directly next to the full bath, washer and dryer are in the hall, and two kids' rooms with single beds are down the hall. The lower level is fully finished with a full bath (shower), a comfortable TV room and the second adult bedroom (with direct access to the backyard) with queen bed. The living room and family room downstairs are all newly-furnished in the last year. Guest access The reason we have no reviews is that we have not hosted in the past - you'll be our first guests! We will be staying with family the week of the Open so you will have exclusive private access to the entire home with the exception of the downstairs' furnace room and pantry. Other things to note Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. You are welcome to entertain on our back deck or in the backyard, but we ask that guests leave and quiet be maintained, especially outdoors, after 10 p.m.
