Welcome to The Moon Bywater—a renovated WWII-era Quonset hut with a heated pool and private courtyard. Designed for groups, it hosts up to 12 guests in 6 private suites, each with en suite bath and individual climate control. Ideal for bachelor/bachelorette weekends, family gatherings, and professional retreats—offering vibrant shared spaces and quiet, private moments. The space Six private bedrooms are arranged around a shared courtyard, creating a layout that naturally brings your group together while still allowing for true separation when needed. Each suite is fully self-contained, with its own en suite bathroom and individual A/C unit, so everyone can control their own comfort. There are no walk-through rooms—every space is directly accessible and private. All beds are queen size, and the design makes it easy to move between group time and downtime, whether you’re gathering in the courtyard or retreating to your own room. Guest access Guests enter through a coded outdoor gate, with access codes provided for both the main entrance and each suite. The property is made up of multiple private suites arranged around a shared courtyard. Suite 101 connects to the shared stairwell leading up to the kitchen and living area, with its own separate access to the courtyard. Suites 201 and 301 are single-bedroom units that open directly onto the courtyard. Suite 401 includes two bedrooms that open into a private living room, which also has direct access to the courtyard. The upstairs kitchen and living area, along with the courtyard, serve as the primary gathering spaces for the property. Access to the pool is through the blue door located at the rear of the courtyard. Other things to note • The property is designed as a collection of private suites arranged around a courtyard, creating a boutique-style layout that allows your group to gather together while still enjoying true privacy in each room. • The host lives on-site in a separate private suite at the rear of the property and may occasionally pass through the pool area or the hallway leading to the pool. • The layout is ideal for groups, with multiple gathering spaces throughout the property. We ask that guests remain respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community, especially in outdoor areas and during evening hours. • The courtyard and pool are key gathering spaces for your group. As part of a residential neighborhood, we aim to be good neighbors and ask that guests remain mindful of noise levels in these areas during the evening hours. • No parties or events beyond the registered guests included in the reservation. • All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors without prior approval. • If you’re interested in hosting a gathering or event with additional guests, this may be possible with prior approval and an additional fee.
