Enjoy living in the heart of downtown Sea Bright! This 3br 1bath home is tastefully updated and comes fully furnished. Hardwood floors throughout, with a full-sized washer and dryer. Gas grill and outdoor space for relaxing. Walk to town, shops, restaurants and the beach! One assigned parking spot in front of house (one street permit provided). 4 Beach passes provided. Children 12 and under do not need beach passes :) Please note, the twin beds are best suited for children. The space 3 bedrooms: 1-King, 1-Queen and 2 Twins (best suited for children, not adults). Each bedroom has their own HVAC unit so each guest can control the temperature of their room. 4 beach passes and chairs provided! Outdoor space for grilling and entertaining. Guest access Entire house to themselves. No garage access. Other things to note Twin beds are best suited for children. Minimum age of guests is 29 years old. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. We provide linens (including beach towels) and enough toilet paper / paper towels / trash bags etc to get your trip started. Please bring additional or there is a Super Food Town in Atlantic Highlands or Acme in Fair Haven. Please Note: Summer 2025 - There is construction one block over from the house. We apologize in advance for any traffic or disturbance and are happy to provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise, please let us know! STORMS: If there is a flood warning, vehicles must be moved to higher ground at either the lot behind Borough Hall or Municipal parking. Any damage to vehicles is the responsibility of the guest.
