Price listed is for the main level 3 Bedroom half house option w/3 beds & sleeps 6 on beds. If you need another bedroom we have a connecting suite or 4th bedroom. If you need 5-7 BRs then add the basement suite with 3 more bedrooms plus another kitchen and LR. It is almost like a LL duplex. All options are listed with Airbnb and all options can enjoy amenities like the tennis & basketball courts, playground, walking trial & our private BBQ patio... There is a pool but ask if you can use it. The space Walk into the house through the keyless entry lock to the 2 car attached garage and enter into the kitchen with newer Stainless Steel Appliances. Additional parking for 4 cars in the driveway & parking slab. Guest access You could also rent the Whole house with 2 kitchens in house and two set of washer and dryers and 2 living rooms ... almost like a duplex like set up. Swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts across the street is great for the renters. I also invite you to rent our private 42 x 72 gym on our ACREAGE located 10 minutes away. This 4 acre parcel serves families that have a need for a area for 20 or 100 people for a family reunion or party or other celebration. You can set up banquet tables or use our giant inflatables for the little ones or just play basketball, volleyball, soccer or use our indoor batting cage and baseball diamond. Our Zip Line and Water Slide are also favorites for family activities. Other things to note Again I live 10 minutes away and you can come to my acreage and enjoy the use of our gym, inflatable bounce houses, baseball field, 300 foot zip line and 100 foot water slide.
