The Chappapeela Sports Park is a mile down the road and the Ponchatoula Rec Park is within walking distance. The Hammond Mall is minutes away with plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities. There are antiques shops a few minutes away in downtown Ponchatoula. New Orleans and Baton Rouge are both just 45 minutes away and Covington/Mandeville is 20 minutes away. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath townhouse with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. The master has a queen bed with an en-suite bath and the second bedroom has a twin day bed with a trundle twin bed. The living room and each bedroom is equipped with tv’s set up for WiFi streaming. There is free WiFi included. Washer and dryer are also included for you convenience. We also included a picture of our rainbow vacuum cleaner running with fresh air running through it. Fresh Air is used in hospitals to fight Covid, viruses, staff infections, etc. We run Fresh Air in our Airbnb’s before guest arrival. We also use Lysol cleaners. Just a little peace of mind for our guest. There is free parking for 2 vehicles on the premises and access is granted with a combination lock box. We live a short distance down the road and will be available whenever needed. The property is locate less than 1 mile off I-12 between Hammond and Ponchatoula. It is located just minutes from the Hammond mall where there are numerous choices for dining. The property is also located within a mile of the Chappapeela Sports park and you can walk to the Ponchatoula Recreation Park.
