Families love our 5 bedroom / 2 bath house located on a quiet side street close to Falmouth Heights Beach (0.3 mile / 6 min walk), the Island Queen ferry, Shipwrecked Pub, and the Black Dog Café. Grab your beach chairs and stroll down to the ocean. Located in picturesque Falmouth Heights and ideally situated near the 6-mile marker of the annual Road Race. Bike the coastal route to Woods Hole. Explore the town’s many beaches, eclectic shops & fabulous eateries. The space The first floor has a full bathroom, living room with 40in tv, dining area with chairs for 8, large kitchen, den with trundled daybed sleeps two, washer/dryer, and bedroom with 1 queen bed. The back deck includes a table, chairs and is a perfect spot to relax. It’s a few steps down to the gas grill and picnic table neatly set in the shady backyard. The enclosed outdoor shower is great after a swim. The finished basement has a 42in tv, antique piano, board games and comfortable seating. On the second floor there are three bedrooms: 1 large bedroom has a new queen bed and 2 twins, another has a new queen bed, and the third includes a queen bed. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway. All bedrooms have A/C units.
