Beautiful two story new home in middle of tropical rain forest only 3 miles to entrance of Volcano National Park. Each story is a separate home with separate entrance. Newly built by recently retired Dr of Chiropractic Stephen Tarek who quietly lives upstairs. This is good for security and he is also available for directions and tips. The space Very quiet and peaceful. Nearest neighbors are 400 ft away through the forest (no barking dogs next door or roosters in the night). Guest access Entire first floor and all three acres of the property and beyond. There are two patios (lanai in Hawaiian) on each side of the home for the exclusive use of the first floor. There is short and rustic 5 min hiking trail on the land behind the home. Other things to note There is an area on the far side of the home that is being readied for an extra bathroom.
