Other things to note We are on a well and our water is safe to drink, cook with, wash with, etc. However, we provided bottled water for drinking and making coffee. The water has a SULPHUR SMELL, slightly rotten eggish, that is very mild, but you need to be aware of it. If you have a low tolerance for that sort of thing, you need to look elsewhere for accommodations. Those of us who live in the area hardly notice it and the majority of my guests and long-term renters have no problem with it.
