Florence cottage is a small house built c. 1875. The cottage is 1350 square feet. Five rooms on first floor include full bath, eat-in kitchen, two sitting rooms and bedroom. Queen bed in first-floor bedroom and large, open floor plan bedroom on the second floor with a skylight, king bed and one, twin sized bed. Air conditioners in both bedrooms and in the main part of the house. Full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and tea kettle. Plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils in very well appointed kitchen. Games, books and DVDs for you to enjoy. Roku player will access your subscription services. Gas grill in season. Enjoy a backyard campfire in the large, wooded yard. Access to hiking trails on conservation land is less than 100 yards up the road. Ample parking in newly surfaced driveway for several vehicles. Guests have access to the entire house. I live directly across the street and am available to help with questions, recommendations or anything else you need to make your stay pleasant. Florence cottage is on a main, residential street minutes from Florence Center. The road gets moderate traffic during the morning and evening commute hours but is very quiet at night. It is an easy walk to Florence center (10-15 minutes) restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, Look Park (30 min walk) and the bike trail. 5 minute drive to downtown Northampton. Enjoy music, museums, shopping and a fabulous selection of restaurants! PVTA bus stops near the house.
