Haven on the Lake-Entire downstairs, near Clemson

Beautiful setting on Lake Hartwell. Guests will have the entire downstairs which includes 2 bedrooms, bar area and entertainment area. Guests may bring their boat and dock it. There is plenty of room for trailer parking on premise and the boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile from house. Stay includes 2 hand thrown coffee mugs made by Purple Unicorn Pottery. Please note upstairs is private residence, hosts live there. TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR COMPlETE REMODEL. SHOULD BE AVAILABLE MAY 2026. The space The space has been updated to now include 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a new king size bed. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed. We provide some light snacks, water, soda, coffee and tea. Guest access Guests have access to entire downstairs. There is a choice of 2 doors for entry into the space. Guest will have access by specific code (changed after each guest) for their stay and both doors will be coded the same. Please note upstairs is private residence, hosts live there. Other things to note Our house is approximately 17 minutes from Clemson and only 11 miles. There is electric available on the dock. There is also electric available to the driveway.
