This large 1st floor home is a block from the boardwalk and features an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan and a huge wraparound porch for covered outdoor dining and lounging with all of your family and friends! Situated on the corner, so you can see the beautiful sunset on the bay side and enjoy both ocean and bay breezes! 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with beautiful finishes like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas fireplace. Rental includes plenty of extras like beach tags, bikes, beach chairs and more! To secure your vacation, we require a signed short term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven business days of receipt. We will email you a short term rental agreement for you to review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first of two payments. The first payment includes 50% of both weekly rental rate and 50% of the deposit (security deposit which will be returned to you within 7 business days of your checkout). The second and final payment, which is the remaining balance, is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. To reserve your week we will need the following information in order to email you a short term rental agreement: * Name(s) you want on the rental agreement * Home address * Home & Cell phone #'s * List of all occupants that will be staying in beach house *****NO Senior Week Groups***** Our home is smoke free and we don’t allow pets. We offer cable TV in every bedroom and free WiFi. Our kitchen has all the features you'll need, including a Keurig coffeemaker. And you can pack a little lighter because we have bikes, a beach wagon, and beach chairs for your use. For bedding, we provide pillows and blankets only, so please remember to bring bath/beach towels and sheets! Our washer and dryer will help keep all those towels beach-ready!
