You will see many people our for a walk or a bike ride. All are very friendly and helpful. **The MV Rod & Gun Club is close by and you will occasionally hear the sounds of the target shooting. They do have restricted hours. The bus stop is 1/2 mile down the road as well as the hike & bike trails. At our property, cleanliness, and hygiene are of the utmost importance.
